Jim Mirabella has over 18 years of experience in corporate management, educational administration, research & analysis, and military leadership. Throughout his career Dr. Mirabella has focused on statistical analysis in regards to marketing research, total quality management, and corporate & employee surveys. He has an extraordinary background in statistical quality control, and has been an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer since 1999.
Strengthening his extensive practical experience in corporate research, Dr. Mirabella holds a Doctorate in Management, a Master of Business Administration in Quantitative Methods, and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Statistics. He has also taught over 300 college courses in statistics, quantitative analysis, operations management, marketing research, total quality management, survey design, and research, and has served as department chair, course developer and lead faculty at various accredited universities.
Dr. Mirabella works to ensure intellectual integrity, validity, and clarity in Value Point’s engagements.
