Dr. Granberry brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, perspectives, and technology to his engagements.
James Mirabella has over 18 year of experience in corporate management, research, and operations management. Throughout his career Jim has focused on quantitative methodologies and decision sciences with special emphasis in survey design, research, and analysis. Jim has an extensive background in quality control, and has been an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer since 1999.
Strengthening his extensive practical experience in corporate research, Jim holds a Doctorate in Management, a Master of Business Administration in Quantitative Methods, and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Statistics.
Dr. Mirabella works to ensure intellectual integrity, validity, and clarity in Value Point’s engagements.

Jean-Marie Gleizes has over 29 years of international credit experience. This experience includes 12 years auditing credit risks of Latin American portfolios for a major French bank, and 12 years managing banking operations in Europe, Africa, and South America for a major Brazilian bank. These experiences combined with years of corporate credit management have made Jean-Marie an extraordinary professional for the management of credit policy, practices, and documentation.
Jean-Marie is fluent in French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese and is well versed in the business practices of Europe, Latin America, Africa, and North America. Jean-Marie brings an extraordinary understanding of credit, financing, and capital budgeting decisions to Value Point’s engagements. These strengths combined with his expertise in audit and credit analysis add substantial value.
